This auto shop is incredible. The management is excellent, the guys know what they are doing, and they have great specials on the website. These guys are dependable and the prices are very fair. Edit - I keep going back to this place because they are so trustworthy. Cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service provided by this shop. I will continue to take my car here for the foreseeable future.

I have been going to Economy for a long, long time and highly recommend them for many reasons you will not find at other shops. They have bailed me out when I tried my own repairs and got over my head. They have worked on my 20 year old cars when other popular places wouldn't. They saved me thousands of dollars when they persistently endeavored to find a method to reach a difficult repair location as opposed to removing a cylinder head or pulling the engine as a dealer would. More recently I had a situation where a mechanic was having difficulties with a repair. I called Marc (the owner) who stepped in and applied the appropriate resources and ensured the repair was completed. Marc is always available if needed and very customer focused. This is the place to go for good service and a fair value.
I have been going to Economy for the past 3 years and I absolutely love their friendly service and honesty. They have helped me not only fix my cars and keep up on maintenance but I sold one of my cars to them after it was towed to their shop. I love that they have two locations now and I will continue to take my cars to economy as long as Im in the St. Louis area.
This was my first visit to Economy Car Care. My air conditioning went out in my car. Since I take my granddaughter to preschool, it was important to get it fixed quickly. I tried another place first, but when they tried to charge it, it still did not work. They told me it was the compressor and they were not equipped to do that type of work. My son suggested Economy Car Care. I was able to get my car looked at by Economy Car Care within a couple days. They had it fixed in a few hours. Imagine my surprise when they said it wasnt the compressor after all, but rather it was the wiring. I knew that sometimes it takes a long time to trace down an electrical problem but they found it right away. My thousand dollar plus repair just turned into a few hundred. I have recommended them to my whole family. It is nice to know there is someone so close that you can trust and charges reasonable prices. Especially when you drive your car for 10 years or more.
