We had a tune up for our vehicle and it was done within the day we were told it would be finished and cheaper than the estimate.Within the next day our battery light kept coming on and off. we brought it back and they said the battery connection was bad, we were told we need to get it cleaned etc which they were going to charge us.REMINDER- we never had this problem before the tune up! They became very defensive when we asked if maybe it was a loose wire they had replaced and instead of even GOING OVER THEIR WORK from the tune up to narrow that out and ease our minds they wanted to continue to charge us for more work. Very unhappy and frustrated!
