I want to start off by saying the property manager is very friendly and helpful.When the new company took over it was a change you had to get used too. The old owners didn't really do much such upkeep are upgrades to the property but kept the prices really cheap. I didn't like the switch at first but it seems to be going more smoothly now. The rental increases were frustrating, but i understand why they are doing so. I have relocated back to the California area for work, but will be a returning costumer when i come home.

I would like to start off by saying the office staff were super helpful with my move. They even checked back with me a week after moving in just to make sure i was settled in nicely. Great prices and would recommend them to my friends and family!
Any good reviews are staff generated! I have been renting at this facility for over 8 years and no problems until new ownership. Rent increases multiple times a year. They tried to force everyone to buy renters insurance but my homeowners takes care of that. Not sure but I think they own or get a kickback from insurance co. They tried taking away 24 hour access. Being locked out for money I don't owe! I am currently moving from one unit to another and they tried to charge me 18.20 for partial rent on the unit I am moving from? After I brought this up they said don't worry about it but it causes my code not to work so I had to take off of work to go down to get my code unlocked and the next day? Locked out again! Her answer to this is she doesn't know how to switch from one unit to another and for her lack of knowledge I get penalized! It was extremely hard getting my tools out and moved in a month of non-access the only time I could get in is if they were there. I asked if I could get a few days more and make sure I had access snd her reply was I gave you more than enough time and I am only supposed to give three days. So I had to just through my belongings into my new unit. Under old ownership they had every unit rented now empty units everywhere and I am currently looking too! I have complained about paying a month in advance on my big unit and she told me someone from the corporate office would call me. That never happened I guess I got screwed! If you had any arrangements with the old ownership they are null and void! Like in front of my old unit they said they would never rent the parking spot out in front of my unit but now there's a camper there and I can't pull my plow truck into and out of my unit. Not enough room. When I asked they replied well that's odd I don't know what thats doing here. I will get it moved. It's still there! Who knows anymore. I tried being nice! Then got upset and demanded someone from corporate call me she agreed and I have gone in and called a few times and no reply from corporate office! If you have an issue it never gets fixed or goes past the on site office. Not a good way to run a business! I will post any updates if they fix any of the problems? As of now I do NOT recommend this place! They are trying to raise the rent to match other storage facilities but this place is between a trash dump and valley park compost which creates a ton of dust and smell. But I guess they can match rent with other facilities that are clean and dust free? The only reason I am still renting here is they are convenient and the size of units. I have nothing to gain by warning others because more people who move out or don't rent here only increases my rent!
I have read other reviews here and to be fair yes it was a change when the new owners took over. But with that was some great changes.They keep the gate locked at all times, the staff is a lot more friendlier and knowledgeable. They are doing a lot of upgrades to the property which i am happy to see done it was much needed! Yes they do lock you out of the gate after your rent is late but if you pay your rent when rent is due you would not be locked out of the gate!Mind you they do give you a 5 day grace period before late fee's hit your account.I think it is unfair to write them a bad review for charging anyone a late fee that cant pay their rent on time.Rent has gone up and that bothered me a little but for good things to happen change is necessary.The staff is amazing and try to help out as much as possible with any questions you may have. They recently hosted a tenant appreciation day and had donuts and coffee at the gate for us, which i thought was a nice of them to do.I give them a good rating for all the work they have put into creating a nicer storage facility to belong to.
