The owner Steve, is someone who truly cares about each and every customer. He contacted me personally when I had a very minor issue to make sure I was satisfied. This type of service is refreshing in a world filled with large corporations that are only concerned with their bottom line. There aren't too many businesses like this around anymore. I love coming here because it's authentic (not big-box) and the staff is attentive, helpful, and courteous. I buy all of my propane refills here - a full 20 lbs - not the partial fills with blue rhino. I also like weighing out my own seeds for gardening or buying grass in bulk. They also have bait, a wide selection of hardware, a nursery, firewood, straw, etc. I want places like this to remain in business do I shop here whenever I can.
