I love going here. They do such a great job and make sure the customer is happy.
I had a 9:30am appointment. She arrived at 9:45AM. There were 3 people waiting outside. One left. Even though I had an appointment it really did not matter. Only one person working. I was 2nd in line for a 9:30 appointment. I also left. Wasted my time.
I was impressed with the end result! My nails look great. Just disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of sterilized instruments. I had a short wait time and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship. I had the dip powder nails and was told it was 35 dollars, but I asked if the design I wanted costed extra and was originally told no-but them was told it was an extra 15 dollars when I was paying. Overall good experience though.
Me and my friend got sat down at our chairs my friend was getting a mani took her right away they started on her nails in the mean time I was then told that I had to get up from the chair they sat me at for another customer. While waiting, I was then told, well we dont have enough people to do your nails after sitting there for 30 mins watching my friend get hers done. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Even called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment.
Kevin at Veda Nails is excellent and Id recommend him to anyone. I had been using this salon on and off for about two years then I moved about 30-40 min away. I tried several nail salons near my new house and never found one that came close to Veda Nails. I make the drive to Veda nails every two weeks now for dip powder- knowing I am going to get great service and love my nails is worth the drive.
